So anyway today was absoluty awesome! we went out with the jo-berg missionary's and tracted. I had alot of fun and it was really interesting to see all the people you meet. I talked to some drunks and it was sad cause they drink friday to sunday non-stop. But one of the guys we talked to said jesus christ was a alien but he was really drunk and was trying to be funny. But i had a really awesome experience we talked to a guy that was semi interested and we invited him to church and he said he would and would bring his family. He even wrote down the address and what time it was. I just hope he keeps his promise that he promised me and will go to church. It was even cooler that i went out with a guy i knew from davis high. I have even been to his house. I'm really good friends with his sister. But it was really neat to go out with someone that went to the same school with you. The area we went to is 100 percent blacks. This guy could not belive that two white guys were there. He priased us cause we actually were there and teaching about christ to them. But anyway my day so far has been really awesome!

I got my companion, he is Elder Munatsi, and before you try to say that and totally get it wrong it Moo-nazi. Anyway The MTC is going awesome. The first couple of days are really hard, but once you get lost in the work it just comes so easy and fun. My comp. is a really awesome guy, he is funny and just has such a spirit about him it just blows me away. And thats how most of the african elders are, its just awesome i learn so much from all of them. By the way there are 12 missionary's at the MTC with me, 10 elders and two sisters. Most are going to the Kenya mission except for Elder harward and Elder Winder. Both awesome guys Elder Harward is from Sandy and Elder Winder is from Zimbabwe and the cool thing about him was he was a rapper before he was a missionary. He has got some mad rymes. My teachers are really awesome and funny people. I've already learned so much stuff from them its freaking awesome. But the bad thing is they try to cram so much stuff in your brain at once its kinda hard but still awesome. I'm absoultly loving this right now im gaining so much knowledege about the gospel its freaking sweet!

Hello mom-family,
I'm just writting you to tell you i got to MTC okay. We had the MTC mission president pick us up and a sweet British guy. It really weird here everyone drives on the wrong side of the road. On the highway there are people in the back of the pick up trucks or in a moving fan just chillin. I haven't gotten my compainion yet he is coming tomorrow and he is from Zimbabwe or however you spell it. The flight over was the longest flight ever, i dont ever want to go on a flight that long again even though i will have to when i come home. Well the Mission president is President Christiansan he is really cool and so is his wife, i went to school with their grandson. Well thats all the time i have, i love you all and im excited to start my mission experince and i cant wait till i get my compainion so i can tell you about him.
